To import Excel files, please install the (free) PSEA add-on - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.playsql.play-sql-export-addon (We just don't install it by default because it's a bit big).

The PSEA module is required if you want to manage requirements in Excel spreadsheets. Please install it or upgrade it to version 2.0 in UPM.
