Refund policy

If your issue cannot be resolved and you would like to request a refund, please note that refunds are only given once per server on your account.




To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Raise a support request with us within 7 days of your subscription.
  2. Our team will work with you to suspend and refund your plan.
  3. You will be able to continue using the service for the remainder of your prior renewal date.
  4. If you change your mind later, you can reactivate the plan at any time.

A cancelled subscription via PayPal can be reactivated at a later time should you change your mind
