You can delete your account via a support request via the support portal here. At this time we do not have an automated one-click. However, should you wish to cancel any subscription, you can do so under account options via billing button.

When you request your account to be deleted all of your data, filtering logs/server licenses will stop working upon processing the request.

Notes

Having your account cancelled will end your subscription, and any remaining days may/may not be pro-rated.

To make sure you get your month's subscriptions worth, wait until the the end of your subscription and deactivate it before sending a delete account request to us.
